1. What is Carnival?
Miami Broward Carnival is a vibrant celebration. This exciting parade brings people together to honor and enjoy the diverse cultures of the Caribbean and South America.
Participants, known as masqueraders, join by registering with a band and selecting a costume. On the day of the event, each band gathers at the designated meeting point, then dances and celebrates along the parade route, enjoying music and drinks.
2. What is J'ouvert?
J'ouvert is a lively, pre-dawn street party that kicks off Caribbean Carnival celebrations. Participants dance through the streets covered in paint, powder, or mud, celebrating freedom, culture, and tradition with music, costumes, and revelry. The word comes from the French "jour ouvert," meaning "daybreak."

Posh Lime J’ouvert is a premium paint parade experience held on the Saturday morning before Carnival. We bring you a reimagined, VVIP twist on the beloved J’ouvert tradition, blending high-energy revelry with upscale comfort. Enjoy exclusive luxury merchandise, thoughtfully chosen for both style and function. Our goal is to make your time with Posh Lime truly unforgettable.

PLEASE WALK WITH BOTH WAIVERS SIGNED AND DATED FOR COLLECTION OF YOUR PACKAGE.
WAIVERS WERE EMAILED TO YOUR EMAIL ON RECORD AND ARE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD ON OUR WEBSITE UNDER THE "CARNIVAL WAIVERS" PAGE FROM THE DROP DOWN MENU ON THE RIGHT TOP OF OUR HOMEPAGE.
