About Posh Lime J'ouvert Miami Carnival

Posh Lounge has been serving the downtown Fort Lauderdale area since 2004. Known for their award winning sushi, curated signature cocktails, hookahs and late night events, Posh has become a household name in the community. John Janho, Owner and Executive Chef comes from 30 years in the culinary industry and has taken his passion for food to create one of a kind sushi menu which has won best sushi in the county seven years in a row. His wife, Vandana Janho comes from an Engineering background along with 25 years in the mixology world where she now lends her knowledge and experience designing crafted cocktails that compliment the food and ambience of Posh. Posh is open from 5PM to 2AM Monday to Thursdays and 5PM to 3AM Fridays and Saturdays. On Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays, their resident DJ’s spins the best of all genres from 10pm to close. Having a passion for everything cultural, John and Vandana has hosted many events over the years including multiple Caribbean parties. Posh is now collaborating with Lime who are well known for their media and event coverage as well as their epic events, to bring you the Posh VIP experience for Miami J’Ouvert 2025!
